Castle "Ghost" Cranshaw is always running...away from his past, away from bullies, away from trouble.  Until he meets Coach, a person who offers him a reason to run.  But the offer comes with some conditions like not getting into trouble in school and working hard on running.  Ghost doesn't get everything right the first time around, but he sticks with the coach, the running, and ultimately discovers that being part of a team can be an amazing experience.
