Baseball is Jeremiah's life.  However, because he had a heart transplant, he can no longer play.  He knows so much about the game though, that he decides that he wants to coach.  When his dad takes a job in Hillcrest, OH, a town known for its winning baseball tradition, Jeremiah has a the perfect opportunity.  His new middle school doesn't really have a team and he is determined to discover why.
