Penelope is about to become a big sister and she is taking that job very seriously.  Penny has lived alone with her two moms for quite awhile so the idea of having someone else in the house is exciting.  Penny decides to keep a journal where she writes down all of the things she wants her new sibling to know.  Life is tricky so she figures that it doesn't hurt to give her sibling a head start.
