Jen is a city girl and loves living with her mom and dad there, but when her parents split up, Jen has to move to the country with her mom and her mom's new boyfriend, Walter.  They have decided to embrace the farm life so now her mom is trying to grow a garden and Jen is in charge of raising chickens which means cleaning the coop every day.  Then, Walter's girls start showing up on the weekends.  Andy is super bossy and Reese is whiny and the 3 of them are in charge of running the stand at the farmer's market every weekend.  Jen wishes she could leave the farm life behind and return to the city, but since she can't, she has to choose whether or not to embrace the farm life or fight it.
